The cellar has advanced french equipment, given
the proximity, processes the grapes harvested immediately. The
selection is manual. Once milled and crushed, the grapes reach
the tanks by simple gravity, without use of pumps.
The winery also includes its own line of division and has an
ultimate capacity of 1,500,000 liters.
Chañarmuyo Estate is a model establishment in La Rioja, where it
