INTRODUCTION
The owner of this winery is the winemaker Donald
Hess. In 1999 the construction of the winery began, having
purchased the residence Colome and then another Payogasta farm
where he planted 26 hectares of trellises of Malbec, Cabernet
Sauvignon and Tanta to 2460 meters, which began to bear fruit in
2003.
Further, in neighboring El Arenal farm planted vines of Malbec,
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
the brand new winery on the old recycled Colome is equipped with
high tech equipment, which is being expanded to 2.4 million
square feet covered. There is an inn, a small chapel. It also
has a bocce court. They receive visits.
