INTRODUCTION
The small bistro "Fuego" located in
Postales Chacras de Coria Lodge,
start with a different proposal, under the culinary concept -
kitchen product - using only the freshest ingredients,
respecting the original flavors and keeping the natural essence.
The gastronomic proposal is diverse and includes the possibility
to enjoy a romantic dinner in the candlelight, or a round of
tapas, always in the company of fine wines or a cocktail
interesting option.

• endive with blue cheese and roasted coffee + tender beef

• Gizzard veal osso buco braised in juice and warm Sopaipilla
• Capelletis goat ricotta and spinach with roasted carrot juice

• Trout baked on pearl barley risotto and beet greens

Cooking classes are a rich and unique experience of sharing and
conveys the passion and knowledge of culture Cuyo. Along with
Chef Paul Del Rio invite you to take a trip through the flavors
of our land.
